Сковать в объятья душу,

Молитву неизменно

Мы шепчем в злую стужу

Чтоб было все в порядке,

Чтоб были все здоровы.

И ставим молча свечки

Пред ликами иконы.

Prayer is invariably

We whisper in the bitter cold

So that everything is in order,

So that everyone is healthy.

And we put candles in silence

Before the faces of the icon.
