Мой Друг научную работу

Решил писать по данному вопросу.

Наверно, думает, что этим

Облагородит данную стезю.

Быть может, вспомнит древних мудрецов

- "Свободных" греков, "сильный" Рим,

- "Витиеватость" европейцев и простоту Руси

- Всех подлецов и всех лжецов.

Возможно, выведет прогресс

В самосознании и праве.

Но, знаю я, что нет чудес

И нету Права в современном Праве.

- Достаточно лишь классику поднять,

- Иль вспомнить поговорки

- "Ты виноват уж тем,

Что хочется мне кушать","У сильного всегда бессильный виноват".

Мой друг законы почитай

- Увидишь - Фемида давно повязку содрала

- Мечём паскудно слабых, бедных бьёт

- Богатым все грехи прощая.

В суд загляни иль расписанье посмотри

- Увидишь здесь конвейер безобразный

- Решение суда за четверть часа вылетает

- Где ж здесь до истины дойти.

Судья неприкосновенен - знаешь?

- Вникать ему уж недосуг

- По фейсу кошелька решает

- Кто здесь виновен, друг.

Не зря в законах

"Или" царственно живёт,

И справедливость на золото меняет,

И Право в пыль стирает.

Не может правым Правосудье быть,

Когда за всё деньгу взимает,

Когда судья послушно

Власти и Деньгам внимает.

Века бегут, а право гнилой корягой

Бег времени пытается зажать

Так стоит ли мой друг

О нём научный труд писать?

My Friend's scientific work

I decided to write on this issue.

Probably thinks that this

Ennobles this path.

Perhaps he will remember the ancient sages

- "Free" Greeks, "strong" Rome,

- The "ornateness" of Europeans and the simplicity of Russia

- All scoundrels and all liars.

Perhaps it will display progress

In self-awareness and law.

But, I know that there are no miracles

And there is no Law in modern Law.

- It's enough just to raise the classics,

- Or remember the sayings

- "You're to blame for that,

What I want to eat", "The strong are always powerless to blame."

My friend read the laws

- You'll see - Themis tore off the bandage a long time ago

- With a sword, it beats the weak, the poor

- Forgiving all sins to the rich.

Look into the court or look at the schedule

- You'll see an ugly conveyor here

- The court's decision takes off in a quarter of an hour

- Where to get to the truth here.

The judge is inviolable - do you know?

- He has no time to delve into it

- On the face of the wallet decides

- Who is guilty here, friend.

Not for nothing in the laws

" Or " lives royally,

And justice changes for gold,

And the Right to dust erases.

Justice cannot be right,

When he charges money for everything,

When the judge obediently

He listens to Power and Money.

Centuries are running, and the right is a rotten snag

Running time is trying to pinch

So is my friend worth it

To write a scientific work about him?
